Lauren pursued her BFA in Acting from Oklahoma City University. She's trained in Shakespeare, Chekhov, Greek tragedy, contemporary scene work, stage combat, dialects, etc.

In addition to straight plays, she also sings and dances in musicals. She is a soprano with a mix belt. She danced competitively in tap, jazz, contemporary, musical theatre, aerial, pointe, etc.
